My name is Kelly Howard and I'm the principal designer at Cotton & Co. I believe that everyone deserves to live in a beautiful, functional space that reflects their individual style and personality. I have spent the majority of my adult life on the West Coast, but now I'm back in Philadelphia, bringing with me a mix of California casual interiors and East Coast charm.
